About Me

I've always been happiest talking to interesting people, learning new information and then writing about it. So, after finishing an English Literature degree at Cardiff University and spending a year teaching English on a remote island in Japan, I decided to plunge headfirst into a job editing the student and graduate magazine of The British Dental Association. However, after three years I wanted to write about more than student issues and teeth so I decided to go freelance.

Three years on and after returning from a year working in Australia, I am freelancing from Bristol covering a wide-range of stories from health and wellbeing and celebrity interviews to ethical living and education and careers.
